“Operation Crypto-Sweep”?

I posted earlier today a story about some securities crack down campaign on bad crypto ICOs that appeared to have launched recently, but shortly afterward I deleted the post as I was a unsure if its real news or FUD. Now I just saw an CNBC news analysis about the on-going crytpo market drop, and in the analysis the same crack down seems to be mentioned. So maybe its not FUD? In any case, I provide the links below:
